Return & Refund Policy
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the damage. You will need to provide photos of the damage so we can assess.
Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Disclaimer: 3D Original Canvases are single edition pieces that are not reproduced (except for 2D Print reproductions). If you receive a damaged 3D Original, please contact us within 2 days of receipt so we can evaluate and provide an adequate replacement item or alternative solution.
